These Rainbow Poplar Bongos with Heat Treated Hardware have a Purpleheart Bridge and are made of 6 7/8″ x 8 7/8″ solid poplar wood from Athens, GA.
They have a Purpleheart wood bridge with an inset stone and brass inlay beneath the logo.
They feature our handmade 304 Stainless Steel hardware with a half-round crown design and they will accept Remo heads. The hardware has been heat treated to a rich gold and amber color with purple and blue touches. The color is created by a special heat treatment and is not plated so it will not flake off over time.
The drums weigh in at 10 lbs.
They feature medium thin horse skin on the macho and medium thick steer skin on the hembra.
